輸入 Telegram 驗證碼登入

登入步驟：
1.打開 Telegram，搜尋 @SeonBBS_bot
2.傳送 /login 指令給機械人
3.機械人會驗證電話區號和回覆一組驗證碼，在上面輸入驗證碼就登入成功！
